The ABC's of Running

Run faster - Move more efficiently - Prevent injuries - Improve running form

The ABC's of Running clinic will take you through a boimechanical assessment to indicate tight muscle groups or muscular imbalances. This is followed by a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for exercise. You will be coached on running drills and given one-on-one feedback on form correction.

Running drills improve form by breaking down the stride into three components. Identifying weaknesses in specific components will help to improve individual stride issues and make your movement patterns more efficient. 

Clinic is led by David Witiluk, Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Consultant.

Clinic Sessions:

  • 4 weeks total
  • 1 session per week
  • Max 10 people per session
  • Indoors & outdoors
  • All skill levels
